Execute daily product activations and supporting content for monthly catalogs, social posts, bi-weekly homepage updates, email assets, landing pages, and web banners. Position required heavy cross-communication with merchandisers, buyers, planners, creatives, and dev teams.

Pioneered the use of on-site search data to optimize investments and inform digital strategy. Team to improve engagement metrics for OSS sessions, including CVR, zero result, and departure rate. Present solutions to executives and implement approved changes, including category redirects, taxonomy updates, and new assortments.

Collaborated on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing, leading to the launch of new divisions, navigation, and PDP elements.
